Human resources management and personnel income represent a key point in the results of a company. Taking it into account, the existence of some detailed information referring to employees, and the management of the employees within the organized structure of the company on working levels as well as the automation of the calculation process of the salaries represents minimal requests for an integrated system.
The Management of the Human Resources and the Remuneration of the Personnel Module offer the following functionalities: the management of the personnel data of the existing employees at a given time in the company, the management of the employees within the organized structure of the company on jobs associated within cost centers, and related to them, the existing working positions as well as the management of the sums representing wages, bonuses, remunerations corresponding to holidays, sick leaves or non-remunerated leaves.
Among the advantages of the Personnel Module, one can count the flexibility offered to the company-employee relationship expressed through the existence of several types of working agreement, as well as several types of working norms. The interaction and the propelling of the effects in the other components of the system represent another central point in the management of information and their unity, thus the effects that take place at the level of the other modules are: the payment of the remuneration rights of the employees towards the financial department, the propelling of the information related to the expenses afferent to the remuneration rights towards the cost centers, and the recording of the effects in the account evidence system by generating the account recordings automatically. Another advantage offered by this module is the configurable algorithms which calculate the remuneration rights - thus ensuring the adaptation to the legislative changes in the economic environment as well as reducing the time necessary to calculate the remuneration rights and to obtain the various situations requested by the legislation in force. Beside all these facilities we must remind that this module allows the management of a company's employees as well as their options concerning the way in which they cash their salaries (using the company's pay office or using salary cards - individual percentages for each way of paying can be specified).
