Inventory

The module for the inventory administration is responsible for the quantitative and value administration of the stock, the global image of the stock’s situation. This module registers the changes concerning the stock produced by the following documents: the entrance/reception note (ERN), receipt, returning note, delivery note, transfer note, delivery command, inventory list. In order to ensure the control and correctness of the information introduced using the above-mentioned documents, an authorization process follows, held by the heads registered in the system, for example the chief department, the preventive financial control, or administrator. The length of this range of approvals is adaptable to the requests of the system's users. Also, the implementation at the administration level of the functioning module (FIFO/LIFO) the estimative errors of the expenses as well as of the production costs necessary at a decisional level are considerably reduced. The documents that operate on the stock offer the possibility to print on typified forms or on other forms adapted to the user's needs. This module also provides a permanent information on the stock by offering reports/ fast visualizations on the basic information related to an article (the existent quantity, transactions made with a quantitative and value evidence) for periods of time defined by the user.
